What's your vision?

I'd like to fix the line work of the "Elon Musk" image as well as give the skin a more cyborg/anime feel. This might have to do with the lighting, texture and other things but i'm not an artist so this isn't my specialty. Essentially make small changes to make it look more like the first image. If I get a decent post, I will select a winner immediately and not wait until the end of the contest.
