Design the mascots (proud angel + hungry bird) for the largest buffet restaurant in Taiwan.

Organisation: We are a hotel and F&B group based in Taiwan / Italy. Our family-friendly buffet restaurant is looking for a mascot and the target audience will be children. The buffet restaurant is called Giardino (Garden in Italian) and designed like a European Garden. Our story: Once upon an time, there was a angel who was the chef in heaven. She/he was very proud of her cooking skill and never wanted to share. One day, a hungry bird accidentally flew into heaven. The little bird begged for food but the proud angel refused and kicked the bird back into earth. God was so angry and decided to punish the angel. He turned her into a statue and placed her into a garden on earth. Everyone in the garden noticed the this angel statue who looked sad and lonely. The little bird recongnized that this was the angel who refused to give him food. He thought the angel must be too hungry/tired to move. The little bird gathered his friends and showered the angel with berries, flowers and everything they could find in the garden to cheer her up. Realizing the mistakes she/he had made, a tear dropped from the angel’s face broke the spell. The statue turned back into a beautiful angel who decided to stay and forever blessed the garden with delicious meals and happiness. We want to design the two main characters: - an angel (statue): can be both he/she - and a little bird The characters should be cute and children friendly. The characters need to show personality: * the angel has the be unique & capture the spirit of the story (noted, she/he is a cook, she/he was turned into a statue but later on the spell was lifted, she/he was proud but turned happy, she/he shed tears of regrets) * the bird needs to have personality too (loving, caring, forgiving and always cheerful..come w/ fruits and flowers)
