Create a character for the real estate platform that will reinvent the industry

We are a real estate and financial services platform, helping homeowners sell their homes digitally, optimizing the buy and sell process in LatAm.

We are looking for a Disney-like character to become the face of the brand, and guide our clients through the platform. We will be animating this character in our platform, as it will be guiding and talking to the client through the process. This character should be presented as a local: it is its city, its area, and it knows all the procedures and processes for selling a house; it has the best tips and wants to share them with the client. We want to portray a person the client can relate with, like a realtor's avatar, we believe a human (man orwoman) will be the best fit, but we are open to suggestions. The character will talk about finances and real estate, so it should appear serious and trustworthy, like it knows what it's talking about, but also friendly and relatable, very approachable. The goal is to "humanize" the digital platform, so the clients feel close to the brand, even though the process is all digital, this character will be their friend and ally.

We are looking for a Disney-like character, Luca might be a good example of style, since we want the character to be able to express feelings and gestures, talk and interact with the clients. We are looking for a 3D mascot, realistic, not just a caricaturesque design. All the graphics of the company will be in line with this character. It could be a man or woman, I’d like to consider both genders. Age wise I would like someone in its 40s - 50s, if we translate it into real people, I would say George Clooney and Jennifer Aniston. Successful people, maybe wearing a cool suit, no tie, and women could be black suit as well
