We need a corporate mascot

We provide healthcare services including physician and nursing care, physical therapy, health coaching, and mental health counseling.

We would like a mascot designed to to use for our staff to help with morale and motivation. We will use this character as our avatar to post messages to our staff on our internet, wish staff Happy Birthday, present them with awards, etc. We are a very serious company and take healthcare very seriously. Our brand is very mature, modern, and simple. We use only black, white, and gray on our external facing marketing. This mascot doesn't have to follow our style guide as closely (although I have attached them just for reference). I'm okay with this mascot being a little serious or a little fun but not very goofy. Muted color pallets are okay and it doesn't necessarily need to be black and white but we don't want anything too bright or overpowering. We don't want to be too restrictive on your creativity. The mascot can be an animal, fictional creature, human, robot, or anything your creative mind can create. Since this is for staff and not our patients or the public it doesn't have to be medically oriented. Also, it is for adults, not kids.
