We do Animation and kids content.

We are making 2D Animation series for kids, and we are in development stage. The main characters are the cat and a dog and a fictional character that can fly We want you to make the character from scratch, for this contest will do ONLY the Dog (Joey), the rest of the characters will done one on one project. we want the character to be looking to left, like picture "Mia.png" Also, I attach some references that may help.
