bernielaurel got their new character or mascot by running a design contest:
Bring to life the rare tropical species known as the Hoobird

We are a niche company targeting colleges, universities and consumers who want caricatures, mascots, and anthropomorphic representations of people.
What's your vision?
We have a particular female customer who has earned the name of "Hoobird" by her friends and colleagues. She is an attractive and physically fit female with brown-blond hair, medium-large size breasts and long legs. She stands about 67" tall (1.7 meters). She often wears high heels. She is called Hoobird because she often gets excited and frazzled in stressful situations. To represent the Hoobird in a caricature sense, she would be a pink colored bird with feathers (some perhaps leaving her body when she shakes in agitation), long legs wearing high heeled shoes, holding a women's purse or pocketbook (also likely to be a pink shade) over one arm (or wing actually). The Hoobird might resemble a pink flamingo more than any other bird species in nature, with a bosom that was noticeable as large under her chest "feathers". There would be no clothing on the Hoobird, but perhaps a silver necklace. The background, if any is used, would be of a beach scene or water. The Hoobird's face must show some sort of "agitated" look, but not a mad or mean look. Other words to describe the general feeling of the Hoobird would be "impatient", "momentary loss of composure", "restless" or "nervously tense". I'd like to include "The Hoobird" as a name somewhere in the image. It should not be too large and compete with the character. Just something small yet readable. Perhaps in the lower 25% of the picture. Thanks!
