Mosaic PHC is a nonprofit, Christian ministry providing free pregnancy & sexual health services to women, men and teens. We are 100% supported by private donors. Our target audience for this project is our donor base, which ranges widely in age from 20s through 80s/90s (primarily mid-30s through late 50s). Please view our website at supportmosaic.org to get a feel for our "look" and a better understanding of who we are as an organization.
What's your vision?
We need an invitation cover (front and back) for our Annual Fundraising Gala to be held on March 19, 2020. The invitation dimensions are 5" X 7" after folding in half (each side is 5" X 7"). We will be creating the inside portion of the invitation once the front and back are designed. The front cover should include the theme (Rise Above) and the event date. The theme for this event is "Rise Above" - many of the clients that we see are facing varying difficult circumstances in their lives (economic, relationship, etc.) and we stand by them so they can rise above the current situation and strive for where they want to be. We are incorporating the scripture, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 NKJV). Creativity is encouraged! A photo can be incorporated into the design but is not required. We would like the invitation to have some graphic elements that we are able to translate onto other materials for the event. Use of color is strongly encouraged - our color palette is jewel tones and the mood of the invitation should feel bright/happy. Please no pastel or neon. Who we are: current, relevant, youthful, fresh. Who we are not: tacky, cheesy. Please do not use the following in your design - baby footprints, butterflies, floral clip art, baby bottles. If incorporating a photo of a woman, it should be empowering/positive and not depressing/sad.
**UPDATE** I attached files from 3 recent invitations we have used to give a better idea of the quality of design we are looking for. Please do not try to replicate these designs - they are only meant to give a better understanding of what we've done in the past. Our current color palette is attached to help provide guidance on colors to incorporate. You are not limited to only using these colors or the specific shades, but please review to have a better understanding of our overall look.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Card or invitation starts at $199.

And then… they selected a winner!
Our designer was excellent to work with, paid attention to exactly what we were requesting, and really seemed to understand us and our "look." Hope we get to work with her again!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
