Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a wealth management firm in the Bay Area, CA (two offices: San Francisco and Silicon Valley - Menlo Park). We manage investment portfolios and create financial plans for clients. Our clients are high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. Check our website for our style/look/images, etc. http://www.osbornepartners.com
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Happy New Year card. We'll be sending a card to ~500+ clients and want something unique. Fun yet professional. Nothing too juvenile but not too corporate/stuffy. Our clients average age is about 65. We've done generic papyrus cards in the past and we don't have everyone's photo for a group photo card. Our firm is celebrating its 80th birthday (founded in 1937 when the Golden Gate Bridge was built so maybe something creative can be tied in). We want to wish clients Happy New Year (not holidays) and plan to send the cards out the first week in January. A design that we can send easily to a printer or upload to a printing site is necessary. Front design and something on the inside. Likely nothing on the back. Can be horizontal or vertical. Nothing that will require extra postage. Pantone 336 is our color.
Our full firm name is Osborne Partners Capital Management but we often go by Osborne Partners. The design should not be finance related (can but definitely doesn't have to be). We want to wish clients Happy New Year but also communicate that it's our 80th year and we've been around since 1937. Our logo should be used somewhere but does not have to be the focus.
