CMG Leasing is a property management company in Blacksburg, Virginia, specializing in student housing. Our target audience is 18-25-year-olds. CMG Leasing is also the Exclusive Student Housing Partner of Va Tech Athletics.

A vehicle wrap is needed for a 1997 Ford E-350 Vannette with 16' box on the back (I'll include photos of the truck for reference) to advertise a brand new property, Cedar Pointe Apartments, currently under construction. The truck will sit on the property where the community is being built and act as temporary signage. We're looking for a bold, eye-catching design, that advertises the property and contact info for prospective residents to contact for leasing. Renderings are included. We'd like them to be full-color but are open to color overlays, watermark effect, etc. Stock images are ok to use if needed. Also included are the property logo, brand design style sheet, company logo, and Equal Opportunity Housing logo. All three logos must be shown somewhere in the design. The EHO logo doesn't have to be big, it just needs to be included so we'll be compliant with Virginia Fair Housing Laws. The truck is to act like temporary signage in front of the new property. The goal is to grab people's attention as they drive by and entice them to call the leasing office for information. It would be good to include a call to action, like "opening May 2021", or "lease today", "tours available call us today", something along those lines with the phone number. If you have questions or need clarification on anything please don't hesitate to reach out. Branding has been set for the new community. I'll include the branding guidelines along with some marketing examples for reference. There are other colorways for the Cedar Pointe logos available if needed. I've included the black option for each of the Cedar Pointe logo configurations. I've included a color option for the CMG Leasing logo but black and white are also available. Same for the EHO logo; I've included it in black, but I have other colors if needed. Feel free to reach out with questions. I also want to add that you don't have to use every rendering included in the brief. I just wanted to make sure there were options. Feel free to use as many of them as you'd like, but at least one is preferred. Thanks!
