Social Community Badges

We're a health and nutrition focused company with the belief that accountability is the best way to help people reach success. We're looking to create a system of badges to award people based on their interaction and accomplishments on the site. These will be viewed on people's profile pages, and each badge will have a dedicated page describing it in detail with witty wording.

Primarily 21-45 year old women, although we do have men using the site as well

5 icons to start with, and a promise of approximately 40 more if we like your designs.

The 5 icons, and their descriptions of how to achieve them, are listed below:
- Conversation Starter: Earned by starting a forum discussion on the site
- Supporter: Earned by friending 3 people on the site
- Get Personal: Earned by sending 1 private message to another user
- Kitchen Chatter: Earned by submitting your first comment on someone's food journal
- Warm Up: Earned by logging 7 days of exercise on the site

Icon Requirements:
- Size: 280px X 280px, but must be simple enough to be displayed at 30px X 30px as well.
- Circular icons with a consistent style
- Colorful
- Final product must be in vector format
