A new panoramic photography iPhone app needs an icon

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
An iPhone icon for our next panoramic photography application.
There are plenty of competitors, so we would like the icon to help us distinguish ourselves.
The style shouldn't be too : cartoonish, serious, complex (mathematical shapes). It should give the impression of : speed (the panorama is built on-the-fly), ease-of-use (just point and shoot and you are done).
The clients should understand that it is a photography application, for instance by adding a lens into the icon.
It is not necessary to show a full cylinder warped image, because our app may limit the field of view to just one part of a cylinder.
Other notes
Mass market product, any gender/age.
Panoramas can be shared through social media.

As for the icon dimensions, we would like it to be good at the following dimensions : 57x57 , 72x72 , 114x114 , 512x512.
The low resolution versions are more important than the high-resolution one, because the buying decision of Apple Store clients is made on the basis of the low-res icons.
