An icon for the Book of Mormon app for iPhone/iPad. The app includes the full text of the Book of Mormon, with facilities to browse and search the book. The goal of this design project is to produce a professional, attractive, high-quality icon that represents the book well. For example, here is a list of icons that, for the most part, are "professional, attractive, and high-quality": http://dribbble.com/search?q=iphone+icon While there is certainly a lot of latitude for creative approaches, the most obvious is to make the icon look like an actual Book of Mormon. While the book has been printed in a number of different styles, the most recognizable is the faux blue leather cover with the title pressed in gold.
