Create the next app icon for the ZauberChart iPad app.

ZauberTouch designs and creates software that runs on mobile handheld devices targeted for healthcare. ZauberTouch's latest software product is called ZauberChart and runs on the Apple iPad device. More can be discovered about ZauberTouch and the ZauberChart app at www.zaubertouch.com.

I am in need of a new app icon for the ZauberChart software that runs on the Apple iPad. This is the icon the user sees and taps in order to launch and use the software on the iPad. The ZauberChart app is used by doctors to create and record patient notes on their iPad. The icon should reflect that the software is healthcare related in nature and has something to do with creating patient notes. You can see the existing app icon by going to the Apple App Store and searching for ZauberChart. I have included the existing icon file with this submission. The new icon need not look anything like the old one. Actually, I would prefer the new icon be significantly different in color and appearance.

Please ensure the image file you create is a 512 x 512 pixel PNG. The primary audience are doctors, nurses, and paramedics.
