It has three buttons along the bottom- Laser eye sight correction, cataract, glaucoma.
I am not happy with these .
My ideal buttons can be found at http://www.trillian.im
I would like to duplicate EXACTLY the look and feel of these buttons but with custom logos and headings appropriate for mine. Thus I need a laser eyesight correction button, a cataract button and a glaucoma button. My preference is for 3D buttons
The buttons and the background need to change exactly as they do on this site
