QUICTools
Radioware are a young & dynamic software development company working within the broadcast industry. We develop solutions that are at the very heart of the production & transmission operations of major broadcasters around the world. and are fast gaining a reputation for our innovative technologies & approach.
Our products are at the heart of 24x7 broadcast operations. Our users are a combination of engineers, technical operators & creative professionals. They rely on our products to deliver great television to a global audience - often against an impossibly tight deadline. We need to present a professional image while at the same time reflecting the cutting edge technology of our products.
We require icons & a splash screen design to identify our flagship QUICTools product. The icons should be provided in standard windows 24-bit format and in 24x24, 32x32, 48x48 & 64x64 pixel variants. We'd also appreciate a couple of design variants to differentiate our different product modules - namely:
QUICTools Client
QUICTools Server
QUICTools Enterprise
QUICTools Manager
QUICTools Configure
We anticipate using a single splash screen design across all modules which will be overlayed with module names, versions and copyright information at runtime. Our corporate logo may also be overlayed at runtime so the design should be compatible with that and you're welcome to show versions incorporating our logo - the final artwork, however, should be 'clean' as we will overlay the logo when required in software.
The application itself uses a unique colour scheme - it is very dark - this is deliberate as it is often used in dimly lit control rooms where bright colours would be tiring for the operator.
You are free to be as creative as you wish but we should emphasise that the image we wish to portray is of a state-of-the-art, professional product. We are more likely to go for an abstract design rather than a cliché!
