What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the business card?
Appeal to women described above.
My current logo is just a picture. It's a plus to see my name or website url integrated with it in a cohesive way
There is a font that I like and have used in other print work, called Bayer Sans. I tried to upload it but 99d did not like the extensions, not required to use it but I do like it so I hope you can at least see it
I am preparing for a complete redesign of my website, but I need cards before that will be ready. I do know that I will keep to the brown and cream in my logo, I will use less green, no grey.
I want to add rose and gold. For the rose
I like this pantone color called Rose Tan 16-1511.
I tried to determine the codes for it and got two different answers: Either RGB 206-150-148 and Hex/HTML CE9694 OR RGB 209 156 151 and Hex/HTML DC19C97
I am planning to use moo as my printer, the rounded edge moo card. If you want to try and integrate gold. They do offer raised gold and spot gloss--guidelines here: http://bit.ly/goldguidelines I attached templates but other technical stuff goes over my head but I think easily answers your questions here: "Graphics and text designs (basically, any non-photographic content) are best submitted as vector based PDFs. This will ensure your lines and text are nice and crisp. If you upload bitmap-based content (JPEGs or PNGs), there may be some fuzziness around your text.
You should also make sure that there are no cut or crop lines, all transparencies have been flattened, overprint is switched off and any fonts used are embedded, before saving your designs. For best results, we recommend using the following preset to preflight your designs: Adobe PDF/X-1a:2001. https://support.moo.com/hc/en-us/se…wn-designs
Brand name to include on the business card
Jennifer Ito, ND
What to avoid
Blue and white cold clinical look, stethoscopes, caduceus etc.
Forcing the 'footer leaves' image into your design, I am not married to them but I thought it might be helpful. However the owl logo is a must.
