Feminine and elegant fold-out leaflet for international career and HR coach/lecturer

As multilingual HR Manager with 15 years experience in 5 countries, I support a) employers to train their junior HR b) teach them how to recruit new hires (especially abroad) c) advice international jobseeker (students, graduates, junior to senior employees) on how to find jobs d) accompany scientists, veterans, mothers to switch their career and e) prepare Expats and their families how to move, live and work in a new country. My clients are mostly big(ger) employers such as companies or non-profit organizations, mostly in Germany, but also in Holland, USA, South Africa, Mexico, Japan. All industries: Science, Medicine, Universities, Engineering, Pharma, Legal, Construction, Consulting...Private clients are in their 30s to 60s, all genders, nationalities, mostly academics and office employees.

Please help my reduce my TEXT so it becomes an airy layout with many attractive, encouraging pictures so readers immediately can see what I stand for/which services I offer! Use my corporate colour scheme (greens and blues) from my logo, please. I would appreciate an elegant yet feminine look, that goes together well with my existing website and event flyer - however I am also open to something new!

Please avoid colours like orange, browns. I would prefer to (mostly) use my own pictures in order to avoid copyright and extra cost, thank you. Also may I kindly ask you to only use the fonts already in my logo and event flyer? IMPORTANT: as mostly I need to individualize my offer, page 2 might NEED to be adaptable concerning the text, so I can change it myself - if possible.
