The Brief

About us

Marketing directors at a large exterior building product manufacturers in North America (siding, roofing, windows, brick etc.) who want to generate more leads for their dealers and help the end-consumer visualize their product on their home so they are more likely to purchase it.

Style/theme ideas

See attached Creative Brief This is a project for the design of a 4-sided video brochure on the provided template. Renoworks will provide vector images of our logo and image assets. In general, our graphic design style is flat isometric images and photographs of homes, contractors, building products and other things relating to the new home construction and remodeling industry. Examples can be found on our website: www.renoworks.com.

Company Overview - Real Estate & Mortgage

This was an interesting project where we were challenged to create a high-class presentation for a client that sells apartments exclusively to seniors. The client intends to build and sell apartments exclusively to seniors >55. Once they live in the apartment complex they can also buy extra care services provided by their personnel. The potential buyers are: 1. Adult children 35-50, business owners/better than average income, want to offer the best experience to their parents, prefer investing overspending, open to new ideas 2. Independent seniors 60-75 who don't want to go and live in an assisted living facility. We created this piece of art, presentation, with a taste and in line with the overall brand guidelines. Client and I love the level of quality and that we managed to create a unique presentation with a high-class tone and still remaining to be mature and professional at the same time. Final outcomes are both print and digital-ready.
