How alan.jin started their brochure journey
Who are you known as?
DLC Elite Lending
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Realtors, first time home buyers, real estate investors, individuals who have mortgages up for renewal, and individuals who want to take equity out from their homes.
Focusing market on BC, I am an independent mortgage broker that specializes in mortgage financing in the Greater Lower mainland of Vancouver BC (includes burnaby, langley, surrey, north vancouver, west vacouver, vancouver west, vancouver east, etc.)
Clients ranging from 20-50 years old is my target audience.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the brochure?
Something easy on the eyes but catches attention. My favourite colour is blue, it's a nice soft tone when approach clients. Looking for softer fonts, good spacing. I am using these brochures to give to realtors I currently work with to promote my services, in addition I will be leaving some of these brochures at a realtor's office for clients to pick up and read.
High quality photos of a 2 bedroom condo in the brochures will be great. Most clients can't afford a detached home in Vancouver that goes for easily $1.5 million and up. I want to make clients feel that they can deal with me and I'm not looking to make as much money as possible.
Brochure to design
Tri-fold (6 sides)
What to avoid
Don't put my headshot photo and say I am an independent mortgage broker on the front page. I would like to have my headshot photo and description about myself on the back side of the front page like the draft I have attached.
I'm looking to stand out of the crowd, looking for a unique design that really would make a first time home buyer/or real restate investor to say wow.
