Create a winning design for NYC nonprofit consulting firm

Mostly potential clients: Nonprofit organizations, executive leadership (like Development Directors, Executive Directors) at charities, staff people who work in fundraising and development, board members of nonprofit organizations

There should be enough spacing, font size can be small, but text should not look "too dense." Pictures can be in the background, and are not as important to the design as the text and spacing of the text. There should be a lot of blank space.

Do not use colors that are not consistent with our logo and brand. You can use blue, or green, or shades of those colors. The Executive Director of the company really likes the old brochure (attached as CE At a Glance_Print_Final). Her opinion is that photographs should not be used prominently in the design. There should be a lot of white space in the design, so the page does not feel overcrowded with the text. The Executive Director likes the 2012 Program Report, so that is attached below. One very important thing is that the Executive Director does NOT want the photos and the quotes to be mixed up. She wants the photo of the client to be near the quote from that client, so all the photos have been labeled in the sequence they should appear based on the text.
