Potential clients. We are offering "third party fund administration services" - principally to international real estate investors (funds and similar vehicles), with an emphasis on tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, and other fund administration services. Our "ideal" client would be either a start-up fund manager, based in the US but investing overseas. Or, an existing fund manager who has a successful track record of investing in the US and now hoping to expand into Europe (or other international markets).
At this stage, I think we are simply looking to re-create the attached PPT - however, we need to incorporate more visual's rather than what we have (which is mostly text). We would ultimately print the document and present it for distribution at an initial meeting with a potential client. This document is fairly common as I understand it in the services industry.
What to avoid
I would like to use as many graphics and visual aids as possible, in addition to just the text that I have. The graphic on page #2 or #3 is an example (although I would expect you to change it and/or come up with a better alternative). As you can see, I am an accountant, not a designed - this was intended to provoke your ideas.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Brochure starts at $299.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Ben J NYC collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
