Create a brochure that says "wow" for a cool video surveillance company

Our target clients are Car Dealerships; Construction Sites; Construction/Landscaping/Equipment Storage Yards; Schools; Churches; Shopping Centers....basically any commercial property that has periods of the day when they are susceptible to theft, vandalism, etc.. where we can actively monitor video surveillance cameras we install

I like the colors in our logo but am open to other ideas. I would like a clean modern style. Something that says "state of the art and professional" Any pictures on our website can be used and am open to other image ideas to bring into the mix. **Please let me know which pictures you'd like me to send over to you, I can send a link to a google folder that has most of the video related ones in it.**

Nothing that comes to mind. Below I've attached some whitepapers we had done in the past.....they are ok, but they don't "Pop", to me they are boring and don't really make me say "WOW, I need to find out more about this company".....which is what I want this brochure to do.
