About us
You and Me Supported Living aim to offer an individualised supported home care service to vulnerable adults. Our client group will be learning disabled. They are likely to be on the autistic spectrum. Our objective is to enable clients to live safe lives within their own homes and community. Lives that are creative,productive and fulfilling.We will measure the success of our service against the personal achievements and good outcome attained by each client.
