Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Chikyū is a fully plant-based sushi bar and izakaya that offers a light, modern take on classic Japanese cuisine. The interior design combines sustainable hardwoods with street art, airplant/succulents, and liveedge wood finishings. We appeal to young and conscientious consumers, as well as to anyone looking for a high-end vegan dining experience in a chic, stylish setting. This is our third restaurant based on this model.
