We advise customers on their Enterprise Resource Planning (think very big computer system for medium to large companies) systems implementation. Rather than provide the "nuts and bolts" coding and configuration, we advise on the contracts required to properly purchase the software and the implementation consulting. We also do some high level consulting work, write RFP documents and provide expert witness services -- that said, its the deal advice that we are most interested in. We go after clients interested in SAP (hence the Blue - see SAP.com) and Oracle (hence the RED). We sell to Vice-presidents, Chief Information Officers and Lawyers.
