We provide mobile medical services on the job site, improving access to those most in need.
We believe that everyone deserves as a basic fundamental human right access to high quality medical care. We believe in what Dr. Paul Farmer of Partners in Health calls the "Preferential Option for the Poor".
We have the perfect formula to bring medical solutions to the 400 million people in Latin American who currently live without adequate access to medical care.
Our vision is to close the gap of access to medical care in Latin American by providing low-cost, innovative mobile medical services on the job site. All human beings deserve access to high quality medical care regardless of their income. Novulis understands the root causes of public health problems. Only through compassion, understanding and empathy are we able to solve public health crises.
We are still a new company, so we are starting by tackling one of the most forgotten medical needs, dental care. We are creating a new market for on-site medical care by demonstrating to the employer that medical services not only create a return-on-investment, but also stimulate a healthier, happier and more productive workforce. We are pioneers and one of a handful of truly social enterprises in Latin America.
-Increase labor satisfaction
-Reduce absenteeism and worker turnover
-Minimize time away from work and family
-Reduce complications and future costs
-Increase employee loyalty
-Improve clients' corporate image
Model and target:
B2B. We target companies that have a large number of workers who typically earn less than a living wage: flower farms, factories, banana plantations, tuna processing facilities, etc. We focus on preventing and curing the most common dental health pathologies, cavities and periodontal infections, for example.
Beyond providing dental solutions to our patients, we improve our patients' dental hygiene habits, understanding that a lack of basic self-care practices is the underlying problem.
Soon we will horizontally integrate and offer other medical services: occupational health exams, vaccines, PT, nutritional health, and more. Our goal is to become Latin America's all-in-one mobile health provider. To do this we must rebrand, leaving our old company name (Clinica Schneider), to create a larger splash in the marketplace and to show our target market that we will soon be a provider of all mobile medical solutions, not just dental.
