Blossom is building the informational hub for psychedelics as medicine. Blossom is a website (possibly app later) and sells subscriptions and consultancy services to businesses working with psychedelics as medicine (from large established companies to individuals who need to access the data). From our 'flyer' Blossom is the premier location where those working with psychedelics find insights that help them to turn psychedelics into medicine to improve the mental health of billions of people. Blossom speeds up the development of psychedelics as medicine. We help operators, investors, researchers and policymakers make informed decisions by providing data, information, and insights on research, companies, public and governmental attitudes towards psychedelics as medicine. As psychedelics leave the lab and shape to become the next breakthrough in medicine, Blossom connects clinical trials with the companies commercialising the results. We are building the bridge between psychedelic invention and widespread availability. ps Thank you all for the great designs so far! I'm overwhelmed by the great and many responses!
I’m mostly interested in abstract and pictorial logos, but I’m open to all ideas. The brand identity pack will be our launching point from where we will build our database, social media, reports (pdfs), and more. Key ideas for design: - show visually that it's a database or place where to find information/insights - can be a bit psychedelic or colorful/playful whilst staying serious (i.e. customers are businesses) Voice: - Explanatory but not simplifying (aim to explain, keep audience in mind) - Informative but not dry (aim to inform, not to bore to death) - Narrative but not fiction (use stories, don’t invent stories) - Confident but not arrogant - Active but not unfiltered (publish a lot, know what is relevant) - Timeline and timeless (combine news and how it connects to earlier data) - Enthusiastic not sensational (don’t overstate claims, find nuance where possible) See attached: - current logo (with a 'door' in the letter 'B' as 'doors of perception' - screengrab current 'undesigned' website https://blossomanalysis.com - excerpt from the report we made together with another company - logo design idea x2 -- 1: doodling by myself, on the idea of making the database more visual -- 2: more elegant B (found online)
