I am a Coach and trainer for managers and I consult companies regarding leadership and company culture. My main topic is Neuroleadership. So I combine neuroscience with consulting… and training. The design should be about me as a person. Thats the reason to combine the brain with my initials or name. I try to improve the use of the brain and to use the full potential of it. I develop managers and the culture of companies. I mainly focus on middle and top managers as customers. The logo should express that I am scientific, serious, down-to-earth, modern and different/crazy. The main expressions that characterize my products are Happiness, Contendedness, Performence, Development, Relationship, Energy and Engagement. In German: Ich trainiere Manager und berate Unternehmen als selbständiger Trainer und Berater. Da Design soll vor allem mein Design sein. Deshalb auch die Verknüpfung meiner Initialen oder meines Namens mit dem Gehirn. Ich arbeite an der Verbesserung der Nutzung unseres Hirns und seines Potentials. Neuroleadership heißt das Führungskonzept. Damit entwickle ich Führungskräfte und die Kultur in Unternehmen. Zielgruppe sind Manager des mittleren Managements. Das Logo und CD soll ausdrücken das ich wissenschaftlich, seriös, bodenständig, modern und ungewöhnlich/verrückt bin. Ich vermittle in meinen Projekten Zufriedenheit, Freude, Leistung, Entwicklung, gute Beziehungen, Energie und Engagement.
