Though it my seem convenient, I do not want a logo that puts hands in the focus. That is something other osteopaths do a lot. I want to stand out.
I require a simplified logo, that is easy to memorize and recognize. It should be new and fresh, yet it should also be serious and confident.
The font of the text should be easy to read on a sign. I would like to font to modern yet elegant an more straight than tilted.
I have a specific idea concerning my logo. There is a photo of our founding father, Andrew Taylor Still, where he is seen inspecting a femur bone (the bone of the upper thigh). I will attache the picture.
I would like to see that picture simplified, with just him looking at the bone as a form of pictogram. With a circle around it. I would like to see at least his upper body, with emphasis on his face. Specially the glass, beard and head. I very much got my inspiration from the logo of my favorite barber shop, which I will attach too. The logo needs to be embroided to shirts so it must be simplified enough and not to filigree.
Color wise I would like to see a more muted and warm color approach, not to bright or cool. Green or Blue in combination with white and or black. Because I am a big nerd I would like to see how it would look like using Pantone 2955c (aka Tardis Blue).
And please: NO GENERIC already done pictogram of the spine, knee, or other body parts.
