The website is for offering my services as an online psychologist and therapist. The target audience is anyone ranging from adolescents, parents, individuals who need to talk, therapy and online advice. Our situation in this ever-changing world is changing more rapidly by the day. Life can be stressful for many reasons, sometimes leaving us looking for answers or needing a little bit of help. My name is Clare and I believe that I can help you talk through some of the difficulties you may be facing; challenges with your parents, difficulty communicating with your child, not knowing how to deal with a trauma that has happened and many more. I would like to offer my help, as a professional to online therapy sessions. Why online? Online therapy is a convenient, private and intimate conversation that can take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at a time that suits you.

These were some rough ideas that i made a note of: What is the purpose of your website? To tell adolescents and adults that if they need therapy, counselling, guidance, help, advice, they can speak to me. How would they speak to you? We could speak face-to-face, or by email, or by text for hourly sessions How much does it cost? What is like 80USD per hour or R1400/hour. A little bit less for South Africa. Is it confidential? Yes. Everything is confidential. I do keep records of our sessions but nobody can see these except for me and I never share this information, bound by Privacy and Confidentiality Laws. My experience: what are my qualifications? I have a MA in clinical psychology and have been working as a school psychologist for five years. I’ve lived in many countries and have a culturally diverse acceptance of Ive had experience with many cultures and am familiar with whatever. How can I help? I specialise in stress and anxiety, depression, difficult adolescence, grieving, trauma counselling and Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), gender identity issues.
