We need to modernize our logo for a high end Real Estate company.

We are a high end Real Estate firm in the Texas Hill Country. The majority of our sales are multi million dollar ranches to a very wealthy clientele.

-I am wanting to modernize our current logo. ( I like Joesphine Sans font type) - I am only asking for one logo, combining the two companies. -I would like to keep the F and horn icons the same if possible, but am open to other ideas. -I would like to have a horizontal logo format and vertical. -Is there a way to join two the logos together when we want to co-brand? -We have to add Group and team to our names. My husband and I bought Fredericksburg Realty from the original owners in our very quaint hometown. They were in business since 1965. The owner, which was the broker was a very well respected individual here. So, needless to say we had big shoes to fill. However, the logo that was used for the company was a little outdated. We re-vamped it about 4 years ago, but we are wanting to modernize it more. This is the issue. My husband was given the opportunity to buy the company which was called Fredericksburg Realty. EVERY realtor in town wanted this name! We got it. However, my husband sold ranches and land. He had a company named Texas Ranch Realty, which is a highly sought out name as well. It was hard for my husband to go out of Fredericksburg to another county in Texas and try to sell a Ranch with the name of Fredericksburg Realty. It just doesn't sound as land or ranch related as Texas Ranch Realty. BUT, we still wanted the Fredericksburg Realty name just because of the name, and we do have other agents here that only sell homes. So it's great for that. The majority of our branding is through Fredericksburg Realty, unless it's a Ranch property. Through lots of design ideas and talk, we decided to keep both of the names, and use them at the appropriate property. So what our designer did was tie together the F in Fredericksburg Realty and the horns from Texas Ranch Realty. I would essentially love to KEEP the F icon and the horn icon the same because we have it everywhere. I would like to modernize the logo font without completely ripped the existing logos apart. And I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to see how you would join the two if need be. I need the logos to be in horizontal form and vertical, as we use them on various types of projects that require different shapes. I will attach our existing logos, icons, and both of the logos together. I know this is alot, and i'm very appreciative of you talking the time to help me find an amazing logo for our company. Our office is in the heart of the historic district, and we just remodeled it and it's very modern and sleek, mainly glass walls throughout. Here are a few of our "slogan" that we use when marketing. Old values, new ideas. (this was our main one when we bought the company from the original owners) Tradition, knowledge, results. Land of opportunity. Helluva ground game. I do not want these in our logo, however we do market with them! We used Josephine Sans for our signage at the top of our building, I would love to use that font if possible somewhere, just so it's tied together. I will attach pictures of our signage as well. We also use a tagline that says RANCH, RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL. That's helpful bc it says all that we do. I just want to reign all of these different logos together so we are consistent across the board. I'm sending lots of pics! Another thing, we have joined forces with Compass, so we will need to add group to the Fredericksburg Realty name and team to Texas Ranch Realty. So, Fredericksburg Realty Group.
