Sonic is the head brand name for a high-alpha, highly differentiated investment fund created for and by millenials. We aim to manage millenial investment capital.
The target investor-base or audience is predominantly millenials. Therefore we need the logo to attract the eye and attention on social media but also keep a reasonably sophisticated profile for use on a full investment website. It also will include investments from sophisticated, incumbent market participants (similar to traditional funds - see "Naos Asset Management").
We see this as a youthful, vibrant, but also serious and disruptive business. We seek a brand and logo that conveys this dual message. We would aim to use this logo on social media such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
"ThinkSonic" is the brand/slogan for a "blog" (investment journal) that will be featured on the Sonic website. It will cover the core topics, investments, life of a millenial fund manager and the finance work through the eyes of a millenial for upcoming young professionals and university students.
