Gelato, Itlalian subs, chocolates and other sweets at a sophisticated Italian Cafe in a vintage sweet shop and ice cream parlor known as the Sweet Shop.
I'm opening an Italian cafe at a vintage ice cream parlor known as the Sweet Shop for 70 years. I need a logo for the menu, glass lettering, product stickers, social media, etc. I have included a photo of the front of the store with the vintage/original Sweet Shop sign. I have also included a proof of a green neon "Cafe Italiano" sign for the shop window. I would like to use both "Sweet Shop" and "Cafe Italiano" in the logo, likely with Sweet Shop as top line in larger font and Cafe Italiano centered below that in smaller font, but am open to suggestion. We could go with a concept of "Cafe Italiano at the Sweet Shop" whether or not expressed as such, as that is the basic idea of the business. The interior space will have a sophisticated black and white (with colorful art work and light fixtures) Parisian bistro look with no kitschy Italian or Italian-American anything., other than the gelato, Italian subs, etc. I want to use an art deco / empire style font per the attached file. The neon Cafe Italiano sign is being produced in outline, but I don't know if the logo lettering should be outline or block, or both. For colors, generally the colors associated with the café are silver, bright red, yellow-green (as in the neon CAFE ITALIANO sign, image attached), black and white. I also need a file for a product sticker (perhaps 2" x 3" oval) for boxes/bags of chocolate, candy and other items in silver foil background with black letters, and to include our address.
