Logo/icon/branding needed for a panini shop. Classy/sophisticated/organic/simple feel

- We will be selling panini (grilled sandwiches) in a small shop in a local area in Tokyo (however it does not need to have a Tokyo feel) - "émiu" comes from my name and my mother's name combined, as we are opening this shop together. - All letters should be small letters, and easily readable. Prefer a simple, sophisticated, and classy look. The logo should be mono-color, which works with white, black, and green depending on the background color. - I made one version of the logo myself, but I am open to more ideas, especially a logo or an icon which has something to do with panini. I found some inspirations of line art on pinterest (https://pin.it/1fzydwt). - Our panini looks like a french bread with grill lines, so it would be nice to create a logo that is easy to tell that it's a panini shop. - On the entrance roof, we may show the logo in one line ( "sandwich émiu" all in one line), but where we have more spaces, we can show the name in 2 lines with an icon.

The main color for the shop will be white & Green (#357963). The logo can be submitted in either of these colors, but want to be able to use it in white/green/black depending on the background color.

The main green color will be the color used in "émiu.jpg". Panini will look similar to "antico.jpeg", or "food sample.jpg", but there will be many varieties like "food sample2". We can put a logo on the entrance roof and the door.
