Executive recruiting for private equity and hedge funds (investment professionals). Target audience: highly educated finance professional from recent college graduates to senior fund managers. Our clients are senior people in the private equity and hedge fund space (many post MBA) and our candidates are a wide range of seniorities starting with recent college graduates in investment banking and consulting.

We'd love to see a deeper teal (blue/green), blue/violet, deep kelly green - something that is a little more feminine, but definitely not pastels.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We like idea of a triangle (our three pillars are our clients, our candidates, an our company). For the graphic: we like the idea of a strong geometric design - triangles layered, or a mosaic; we do not want a play on "R or A" in the graphic design. On the font, something with a slight modern and feminine twist vs too corporate. We are a professional services firm, so something that speaks to maturity, traditional, professional is going to work best. We have been most drawn to logos with a graphic to the left of the words or above (as you can see in the attached). Please come back to us with any questions! We would be interested in hearing about other assets (for example, email signatures, powerpoint design). We would like RATIO to be larger and on top of ADVISORS (with the align right edge being the same). Something in teal or violet purple would be of interest.
