About us
We are a 125 year old family owned farm that is opening a new brewery for our guests and visitors. In our 125 year history we have grown crops from potatoes and soybeans, raised dairy cows in our pastures and chickens in our chicken coops. These days we specialize in seasonal crops and experiences like Christmas trees in winter, pumpkins in the fall and flowers in springtime and summer. We view our farm as an outdoor education classroom and recreation area. Our target audience is pretty diverse group of people mostly in 20s and 40s, as well as tourists passing through on their way leaving the big cities for a vacation in the Lake Erie area.

While the rest of our farmlands are incredibly fertile and grow crops well, the "poverty knob" is an area where crops traditionally did not grow well, and as a result is an open. space for wildlife to roam freely.
