About us
We are a new boutique CoWorking space. We will be high-end. We are about 1 block off of the beach in Santa Monica, CA. We will appeal to a slightly older demographic than your typical CoWorking scene, so will be more sophisticated than the CoWork space across the street that is already branded as "The Beach House." Our clientele are likely to be sole practitioners, or small pairs of professionals who enjoy a shared workspace, and start-ups who want to be in the "Silicon Beach" area of Santa Monica/Venice Beach.
