- Timeless logo and design which reflects trust and quality. - It's not a luxury brand but should look valuable. - Be unique and not just the mandatory rooftop over the wordmark. - The name stands for the three German words for life, reside, nearby. - I like good readability. Especially, the letter "L" or lowercase "l" has to be not confused with the uppercase i "I", etc. - No-frills or overcomplex design. Keep it simple and elegant. - No preference for colors but should be outstanding (not boring or the usual real estate company brand with a wordmark and a house)
