Who are you known as?
Koru Health and Hearing / Koru Hearing, Inc.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Koru Hearing, Inc. is a full service audiology / hearing aid office. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of hearing healthcare for our patients. The Koru... is an unfurling fern frond in the newest phase of growth. It represents new life, growth, strength, peace and happiness. It looks very similar to the inner ear/cochlea. So it serves two purposes... 1. the look and design of a koru is very similar to that of our ear. and 2. we like the symbolism of the koru because when someone is fit with a new hearing aid, we want them to feel like they have received a piece of a new life, strength, growth and peace. We will also provide nutrition/vitamin supplements and limited durable medical equipment to satisfy other patient needs that are uncovered during our visits with our patients.
