Hey there! I am looking for meaningful, unique and appealing logo and CI for my start-up which should reflect the provided services, company name, my profile and/or working methods likewise. Please find a short description of my start-up for a better insight what I am offering: Company name: Simone Riga HRmainspring Purpose: Consulting and coaching for medium size and big companies in Germany and predominantely EU countries This includes e.g. process analysis and optimization, strategy and culture development, team and individual coaching, design and implementation of personnel development instruments. The company's services are to support the customers to find pragmatic (sometimes unconventional) and extremely customer- and sustainability-focused solutions to their requirements and business challenges. Furthermore the company is to be the mainspring to initiate change, and if customers require, support them within the implementation process. The aim is to enable customers within the change project to continue selfdependently their initiated processes. Applied methods are innovative, adaptable, sustainable, customer-focused, strategy- and goal-oriented, provide opportunities to involve as much as possible a broad range of different people within the customer's company to create ideas and transform them into sustainable solutions – creating new approaches together. My profile: i am a very optimistic, solution-oriented, pragmatic, professional, both hands-on and sophisticated, respectful and mindful person, who likes to inspire people with my way of working and my smile :). I am continuoulsy thriving to support people and companies to uncover and use their full potential for personal and/ or economic company growth. Personally I am an art, nature and dance lover and enjoy nice fonts and the harmonious interaction of colours and shapes. I am very much looking forward to your design drafts!

The logo (and its colours) should express a MUTUAL, dynamic, pragmatic, innovative, mindful and customer-focused approach. Not too technical. Please think also of a logo - not only a different colouring of HRmainspring. I thought of writing my company name like this: HRmainspring. I am nonetheless open to new ways of setting the letters (including use of different colours within the company's name).
