About us
We run a small farm in rural Vermont, situated on top of historic Dunham Hill, where we produce small batch cider and maple syrup in our 200 year old antique English barn. The name is derived from our pet rabbit Leni, who is a flemish giant breed, and all black; as well as the hollow where our barn is located near the natural springs surrounding our property.
