I am a physical therapist who specializes in head and neck issues such as TMD, headaches, chronic neck pain etc. I have a holistic approach and look at the whole body in order to help patients improve. I am targeting people who are experiencing this type of pain. The typical patient is someone who has been in pain for years and has not found anyone who understands/can help although it can also be someone with a more recent increase in pain. I am also targeting patients who are open to alternative approaches to health such as craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, visceral manipulation. The approaches that I use are very gentle, this could be a concept integrated into the design. I picked the spa industry just because I would like the design to have more of a spa feel and a medical one.

The feeling that I would like to convey is gentle, airy, natural, hopeful. Looking up craniosacral therapy may help give you an idea based on the concepts involves. This reminiscent of head, neck, jaw can also be incorporated but don't have to and I think I would prefer that if they are incorporated, that they are more abstract.
