We are a new startup based in Tokyo, Japan, that are focused on building products to solve daily problems for SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) businesses.

We are looking for a logo to represent our new startup company - Oni Cube. Our company name 'Oni' which means 'devil/ghost' (but we wanted devil) and the english word 'Cube'. The idea that we have when we come up with the startup name is either that the devil is inside the cube (e.g. 3d cube like in 9GAG logo, etc) or a devil playing with a cube (e.g. ice cube, etc) We would like the logo to incorporate a cute devil, but here are a few things to consider about: 1. Not too overly cute. We wanted something that still be able to portrait a certain degree of professionalism. 2. Japanese style devil. Our current market are the Japan market, we prefer to stick to the local culture. 3. Obvious Gender. This is the part where we want to be clear. It's either a male or female. Please don't make a male devil wear a pink hello kitty yukata/kimono, please just don't, I will cry. 4. Anime style. We wanted a logo that is more of an anime character. It's like a mix of nendoroid characters and flat design. (google 'anime devil girl nendoroid' for images) The 'Locaray' and 'Monkey101' are good examples of what we wanted. However, you're free to contribute your creativity and we'll be very very grateful for your suggestions, ideas or contributions other than that specified in this brief.
