We are a law group of practicing attorneys and consultants that focus our practice on offering the cannabis industry in California. Legal counseling and advisement for distributors cultivators manufacturers, both small and large businesses from formation to litigation we help clients make their dreams come true, or sometimes their nightmares come to an end. We help industry participants navigate the confusing legal landscape of cannabis law that often time is ever changing and in process of developing. Hiring us early usually saves our clients time and money and we love to create a win win for us and our clients when that happens. i currently have a personal web site at http://www.edielerman.com that focuses on the criminal part of my practice. This would be for the more regulatory edge of our business.

i am in no way set on the colors i have chosen. i do like to incorporate emerald into the logo. i also want s a stationary design that i can place and convert to black so i can place it on the bottom or top of pages or presentations.

I am looking for a cohesive expensive look that lets clients know that we have experience and have the power to make their dreams come true. Or have the force to fight their battle, and the industry know how to save them money and bring our worth in ten fold to the table.
