I'm an internal medicine doctor (Internist) and I'm responsible for the intensive care unit. I attend public hospitals as well as private patients. Internal Medicine is a medical specialty that is dedicated to the comprehensive care of the sick adult, focused on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases that affect their internal organs and systems, and their prevention.
