DiMicco’s is an 84 seat casual dining restaurant with a 52-seat lounge and bar, with an Italian goods niche store and takeout area. We will focus on a authentic Italian menu specializing in brick oven pizza, and use local sourced organic produce and the highest quality meats and cheeses.
By using only the freshest ingredients without additives, local sourced organic produce, and hormone free meats, DiMicco’s will ensure our customers will not only enjoy our food and atmosphere, but also feel great when they leave. Helping contribute to healthy living and well being of our customers is an important aspect of being an upstanding business in the community, which we stand by to do.
We are aiming to create an authentic Italian dining atmosphere that appears upscale in nature, but has an affordable menu and appeals to both wealthy/upper middle class as well as working/middle class demographic.
DiMicco's will appeal to two major demographics.
· Upper middle class and/or retirees (income $85K+) (age 43-80), who are looking for a classy environment in a community setting with high quality food, drinks and service. Our target customer in this demographic would be willing to pay a premium for dinner specials, as well as top shelf liquors and would ideally become regulars.
· The second demographic DiMicco’s would target working/middle class (income $35K -$85K) customers (age 21-80) This customer would be looking for excellent food, timely service, and a family atmosphere.
