We specialise in movement and helping others find the joy in movement with bespoke workouts for the client. We also coach movement for actors and business people. We work in media, theatre, art and in the corporate world. We can't be pigeon holed into a certain industry because we work in lots of different environments. I chose entertainment and the arts because we are more than just physical fitness
