I make what I consider the world's best pure vanilla extract, because every bottle is hand-packaged with the finest ingredients. No water is added, and the contents can be replenished by the purchaser or by buying a refill bottle from me so that the bean pods remain vibrant in the original bottle for at least 7 years. The target audience is anyone or any company online. I have made the extract for myself for almost 40 years and used it in the making of handmade foods-- my signature product being fortune cookies-- in a previously owned business, now retired. Because the extract matures with age and adds so much flavor to everything it touches, I decided to make and sell it. I would like the business to thrive online. Every bottle-- whether 16 ounce starter or 32 ounce refill-- will be shipped with a start date. My website will offer instructions on maintaining the bottle or buying the refill from me to keep the pods working. Vanilla beans are precious; they should be positioned to last. I am 73, female, and have extensive education and experience in a variety of fields. When I am not bottling "Podzilla"-- the name of my extract-- I am my husband's primary caregiver. Prior to the pandemic, we folkdanced wherever and whenever possible. We also skied, hiked and biked. He now has Parkinson's Disease. We are members of wonderful, exceptional families and have good friends. I was searching for a way to earn extra income, please serious cooks and not have to leave home. It was right under my nose!
