I'm envisioning a light, bright and white industrial farmhouse theme. Reclaimed wood, corrugated metal, white walls, charcoal gray accents. The restaurant used to be an old gas station in 1938 and we have the gas pump to use if we want. I just don't want the entire feel of the restaurant to be too themey. Please check out our website http://www.tipstritip.com for a feel for our fun loving spirit and how we can combine the two concepts. One suggestions was the TIPS current logo without the cow. I would error on the side of clean and simple. Open to cool lettering styles.
