I received over 500 submissions in my contest, and the winner happened to be #25 submitted by Dimas. I liked several other designs but I kept coming back to his as my favorite. I noticed that he did not have a track record on 99designs, which made me a little nervous because I am under a tight time frame to get my project finished and wanted to be sure the winner could produce the business card, letterhead, etc and deliver the proper files in a timely fashion. Well, Dimas came through in flying colors. He was polite and professional throughout the course of our working together. He was prompt in getting back to me when I requested design changes. I am very happy with the end result and I would highly recommend Dimas and hope that you give him strong consideration because he has proven himself to be gifted creatively, as well as responsible and pleasant to work with. How stevegarrett22 started their logo & brand identity pack journey
Who are you known as?
Carolina Bright Smiles dentistry ("dentistry" maybe smaller, underneath or trailing, just to identify more specifically what it is)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a general dentist, and I am rebranding my company to be Carolina Bright Smiles. While we provide full service general and cosmetic dental services to people of all ages, our primary target audience is moms with children. Moms make 90% of the decisions about healthcare for the family so when we target our marketing toward them, we end up getting not only their children as patients, but the moms, and dads too.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Medical & Pharmaceutical
Other color requirements
sky blue, bluegray, maybe accent color of yellow or orange? Open to suggestions.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I don't want the typical molar tooth, cheesy smile or toothbrush in the logo. Perhaps an abstract smile is okay. I am attaching a few rough sketches of ideas but don't be bound by these. I also want the logo to be able to be made into lighted signage for the outside of the building. I am attaching a logo and business card for SoCal Smiles as an example NOT necessarily for color or font, but rather as an example of how on the outside sign I think it needs to say "DENTISTRY" to make clear what the business is. I like how they made "DENTISTRY" all caps and a different font and size from the SoCalSmiles above it. On the business card they have the logo but not the word dentistry which is fine since at that point people will know what it is.
I am also attaching my current logo (Hillsborough Family Dentistry) for a reference on what we have now, and the colors in our current logo. These types of colors are inside our practice too.
